What QuotaBar does
QuotaBar monitors usage reported by tools and providers you already use. It does not include AI subscriptions, increase usage limits or guarantee access to provider services. Local monitoring remains free. Pro includes up to 90 days of cloud history, a browser dashboard and CSV export for connected devices.
Reading accuracy and availability
Provider reports can be delayed or unavailable. Some integrations use unofficial endpoints and can stop working when a provider changes them. Local reports depend on the source app running or reporting usage. Use the provider’s own billing and usage pages for authoritative account decisions.
Your subscription
QuotaBar Pro costs $29 USD billed annually, with applicable taxes shown at checkout. A subscription renews until canceled through the billing portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal and retains cloud access for the paid period. The local app continues to work independently.
QuotaBar Pro payments are processed through Stripe and billed by AranoTech. Stripe’s billing terms, receipts and invoices identify AranoTech. Midna Labs remains the operator of QuotaBar and your contact for product and billing support.
30-day first-purchase refund
You can request a full refund within 30 days of your first QuotaBar Pro purchase. Email support@midnalabs.com using your purchase email and include your receipt reference. Do not send card details or device tokens.
Pro access begins after Stripe confirms your subscription. Connect a device in your dashboard to start syncing usage history.
Your choices
Only connect accounts and devices you control. Keep device tokens private and revoke them if exposed. Cloud sync is optional. You can turn it off in the desktop app, revoke a device or delete cloud history from the dashboard.
Independent software
QuotaBar is independent of Anthropic, OpenAI, GitHub, Z.AI, OpenRouter and other providers. Their names identify compatible services and do not imply endorsement.
